This past weekend was our first time up to the cabin for the year. Paige was there when she was just a few weeks old last year, so this was like a brand new place for her. She loved being outside and kicking her feet in the sand. She surprisingly did not really mind her life jacket!
I had an awesome time. I played in the sand for HOURS. It was great! I kept asking Mommy if I could jump in the water, but she said that it was TOO cold. Hopefully I will get to do that soon. I went for a boat ride and even tried to do a little fishing. Daddy says that hopefully by next year, I will have more patience for it. For now, since I whip my fishing pole around, I just have a pretend fish at the end of my line. No hooks for me, YIKES! I did really like holding the minnows though. And I even held a perch!
